Wellness Offerings

About

My journey into Wellness began in 2008 at Wellpark College of Natural Therapies in Grey Lynn, where I completed a Diploma of Yoga under the guidance of Dr Pooja and Dr Sridhar. Alongside NZQA qualifications in Applied Anatomy and Physiology and an NZQA  Diploma in the Psychology of Stress Management, my studies encompassed integrated asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, chanting, metaphysics and the foundations of Ayurveda, an education that continues to influence my teaching today.

Over the past sixteen years, I've had the privilege of guiding thousands of students through movement, mindfulness and nervous system regulation in studios, corporate workplaces, retreats and settings. Teaching CEO'S to All Blacks and everyone in-between. My career has included professional dance and musical theatre training in the UK, alongside further education in Barre, Mat Pilates, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and ongoing professional development through Xtend Barre, The Method, RAW Yoga and restorative practices.

As a Lululemon Ambassador (2013–2015), I led community classes and wellness events while partnering with organisations that shared a vision for mindful living. My corporate teaching has taken me into some of New Zealand's leading workplaces, delivering wellbeing programmes and workshops for companies including PwC, Ernst & Young and Shiseido. I've also facilitated wellness experiences for Dr Libby's Women's Day Retreat, blending movement, mindfulness and education to support healthier, more resilient teams and communities.

As the founder of Yoga House Orewa, I built a boutique wellness studio offering yoga, barre, Pilates, retreats, workshops and sound experiences, cultivating a thriving community centred on connection, wellbeing and personal growth.
Today, my own practice has become slower, softer and more intuitive. What once focused on the physical expression of yoga has evolved into a deeper exploration of nervous system regulation, restorative and yin yoga, chanting, meditation and spiritual study.

Whether I'm working with a first-time student, an experienced practitioner, a corporate leadership team or a room full of retreat guests, my intention remains the same: to create a space where people feel safe to slow down, reconnect with themselves and leave feeling more grounded, resilient and at ease than when they arrived.
